Ezz Elarab Star inaugurates its First Mercedes-Benz “MAR2020” Showroom in Egypt
Ezz Elarab Star, part of the Ezz Elarab Group of companies, has just announced the inauguration of its Mercedes-Benz showroom located at Mall of Arabia, following the brand’s latest global design and customer-centric digital concepts. The new showroom, which is the first of its kind in Egypt and North Africa offers the new Mercedes-Benz Retail experience (MAR2020). A unique concept based on the implementation of a digital customer experience model.
Ezz Elarab Star is increasingly adopting technology and data analytics to tailor and personalize both the buying and owning experiences by redefining the customer interface and providing an inspiring and unique customer journey.

Today, Ezz Elarab Star’s Mall of Arabia showroom became the first Mercedes-Benz outlet in Egypt to incorporate the new “MAR2020” design. With the focus on personal interaction and physical product experience, the upgraded facilities include an efficient and well laid-out showroom with a new reception setup and a new lounge where customers can relax, enjoy the services of a bistro café and interact using the latest digital tools.
