Sales Operations Manager

Role Summary:
The role is responsible for managing stock allocation, VIN reservations, and ensuring accurate data management within Autoline DMS. It also leads sales reporting and analysis to support operational efficiency and data integrity across all Volvo sales channels (retail, fleet, dealer, and used cars).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock allocation and vehicle distribution across branches and dealers
• Oversee VIN reservations, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance
• Maintain and update all sales and inventory data in Autoline DMS
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and KPIs
• Monitor inventory levels, aging stock, and sales performance trends

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in automotive sales operations or inventory management
• Strong proficiency in Excel and dealership systems (Autoline preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
