Product Expert

Job Summary

The Product Expert is responsible for serving as the technical specialist within the sales team. This role supports sales consultants by providing in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, technologies, specifications, and performance. The Product Expert ensures customers receive accurate and detailed technical information, helping them understand how each vehicle meets their needs while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert for all vehicle models, features, technologies, and specifications.
• Support the sales team during customer interactions by explaining the technical aspects of vehicles in a clear and engaging manner.
• Conduct product demonstrations, including vehicle technology, safety systems, infotainment features, driver assistance systems, and performance capabilities.
• Compare vehicle specifications and technical features against competitor models when required.
• Stay up to date with new model launches, product updates, technological advancements, and manufacturer communications.
• Answer technical inquiries from customers and provide accurate information throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in product, technical support, or sales support roles.
• Fluent in English
• Strong technical understanding of automotive systems and vehicle technologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
