Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead reception staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Manage schedules, visitor appointments, and front desk operations.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests and clients.
- Monitor reception processes, implementing improvements for efficiency.
- Prepare reports on reception activities and staff performance.
- Coordinate customer flow with Sales, Service, and Workshop teams.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations.
- Maintain reception standards and monitor service quality
Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of experience in reception or customer service preferred in Automotive sector.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
