Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead reception staff, providing training and performance feedback.
  • Manage schedules, visitor appointments, and front desk operations.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests and clients.
  • Monitor reception processes, implementing improvements for efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on reception activities and staff performance.
  • Coordinate customer flow with Sales, Service, and Workshop teams.
  • Handle customer inquiries and escalations.
  • Maintain reception standards and monitor service quality

Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in reception or customer service preferred in Automotive sector.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
