Job Summary
We’re seeking for a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Sales Manager to lead showroom sales operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, and implementing strategies to maximize business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to improve results.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Identify market opportunities through competitor and market analysis.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive retail sales.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for achieving results.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales, including leadership experience.
