Job Summary

The Service Advisor acts as the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent after-sales service. They schedule appointments, assess vehicle needs, provide repair estimates, and coordinate with technicians, delivering clear communication and strong customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the contact person between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication.
  • Receive and check vehicles for maintenance or repair.
  • Maintain detailed and reliable records of customer feedback and vehicle problems.
  • Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Explain repair details and service charges to customers clearly and professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive field.
  • Strong technical understanding of vehicles.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
