Workshop Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing workshop operations and ensuring all vehicle maintenance and repair activities are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to support technicians while maintaining productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilties

• Supervise daily workshop operations and allocate tasks to technicians.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance are completed to quality and safety standards.
• Diagnose complex technical issues and provide technical support to the team.
• Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and service performance.
• Conduct final inspections and approve completed repair work.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in automotive service, maintenance, or workshop operations.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and workshop operations.
• Proficiency in automotive diagnostic tools and software.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Very Good command of English and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
