Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the reception team
- Ensure a professional and welcoming customer experience
- Coordinate customer flow with Sales, Service, and Workshop teams
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations
- Maintain reception standards and monitor service quality
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in reception or customer service (automotive preferred)
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
