Service Advisor

We’re looking for motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisors to join our after-sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact point between customers and the workshop.
  • Receive and check vehicles for maintenance or repair.
  • Accurately record customer concerns and vehicle issues.
  • Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Explain repair details and service charges to customers clearly and professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive field.
  • Strong technical understanding of vehicles.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
